SoundMind Ch14

It was nearly a week after the whole Alice mishap and everything seem to return to normal for Allie whose arm fully healed in that time. Meanwhile Allie has been quite and mostly keeping to her to herself, occasionally she would speak with soundwave when that was need.

Allie was sitting down on her sofa watching something on TV with the twins frenzy and rumble, whom both had taken an interest in watching TV and sneaking in to watch said TV when she wasn’t around to see them. They had once snuck in her home in the middle of the night only to nearly get beaten by a half asleep half angry Allie with a metal baseball bat when she had thought someone had broken in , since then they only watch the TV in the day time or face Allie’s anger for waking her up.

After a while Allie started to get tired of the show that was being watch by them decided to go get a shower since she could not change the channel as the twins seem to be really into the show.so she got up off the sofa and head too her bathroom, where upon walking pass her bedroom she spotted through the opened door her dog daisy asleep on her bed, smiling a little at that she walked into the bathroom where she got ready for the shower.

During her shower Allie’s mind started to wonder too what happen to her when she was with Alice to what she had said to her, thinking of all that just sadden Allie greatly which made her want to hurry up and finish with her shower.

Once she was all done, she got out and warped a towel around her body, she happens to look at large mirror on her wall that she happen to be standing in front of, she stared intently at her reflection trying to see what soundwave saw in her to leave the decepticon’s and to stay by her side, sure they were half bonded with each other but that didn’t mean he need to say with her but he did, as she looked herself over she grew more frustrated with her image in the mirror that she finally snapped and punched it.

Glass fell to the floor as she realize what she had did she cradle her hand to herself not caring if the towel she was warped in got blood on it as blood flowed out of the gashes on her poor hand. As she whimpered in pain Soundwave’s holoform appeared in the bathroom surprising her.

“ SOUNDWAVE WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? GET OUT “ She yelled at him as she tied to get him to leave momentary forgetting her about her hand as she was more busy with trying to get him out.

But he just ignored her as he looked at her hand “Your hurt “ He said causing her to remember her bleeding hand. ‘ What Happen? ‘He asked her as he moved closer to her.

“ Nothing really just got made and punch the mirror,” She told him while sidestepping him by going over to the bathroom counter and bending down to opening the cabinet door while making sure the towel didn’t fall off of her, she then reached in and pulled out a large first aid kit and putting it onto the bathroom counter before opening it and looking through it to find what she needed.

As she was about to take out something a hand stopped her ‘ Let me ‘ Came soundwave’s voice from behind her causing her to be aware of how close he had gotten as his chest was nearly pressed up to her back, making her stiffing at the sudden closeness.

‘ Sure “ Was all she said as soundwave put her hand under running water from the sinks taps to clean away the blood, he then took out a pair of tweezers that’s he used to remove all of the broken glass that was in the cuts of her hand. Once that was done with he took a small bottle of rubbing alcohol.

Seeing that made Allie tense up knowing that was going to hurt a lot, which it did as it was poured onto her wounded hand causing her to whimper out loud in pain. She tried to move away but was unable too with soundwave so close to her.

Once soundwave done with that he quickly bandaged her hand all up and quietly held her in his arms as it was he’s way to came her down as she was still reeling from the pain of the rubbing alcohol.

The pain in her hand lessen and Allie was able to relax abit, it was then she notice that she was being held by soundwave, she blushed when she realized she was only wearing a towel while being held in his arms.

‘ Umm…you can let me go now ‘ Allie told him as she fidgeted in his arms.

He let her go from his hold on her making her move away from him to look at her hand ‘ Thanks and by the way how did you know how to treat my hand ‘ She asked him.

‘ Internet ‘ Was his anwster to her question.

‘ Figures “. Was all she said too that.

After a moment of silence soundwave was the first to spoke up ‘ Why were you mad enough to punch a mirror in the first place? ”.

Allie looked at him as she remember why she had done that, thinking as she looked at soundwave she suddenly looked away in sadness ‘ It was nothing anyways I need to leave now ‘ She said as she headed for the door to leave but was stopped by soundwave who had took a hold of her non hurt hand.

‘ Why did you get sad when you look at me….was it because of me ‘ He asked looking truly confused.

Looking at him with sad eyes she pulled her hand away from him ‘ No….’ She told him but he did seem to buy that but before he could say anything else she left the bathroom saying she needed to get dressed and with that she gone from the bathroom.

Quickly she headed into her room where she closed and locked the door before putting her back to the door then slide to the floor silently crying into her dog that had woken up when she entered the room, where she made her way over to her owners side.

Far away in an unknown location stood Starscream whom was yelling any poor decepticon that was near him.it wasn’t until a silver con walked over to him did he stop his yelled for a moment.

“ What is it Sideways?”

“ My lord you need to do something, we lost “Alice” and not to mention soundwave turned traitor, something I still find hard to believe would have happen if megatron was still alive” Sideways stated.

“ What pray tell do you suggest I do about it ? “ Starscream asked him.

“ We could find a way to bring megatron back “ He told him slightly weary what he’s reaction too saying that.

“ I WILL NOT “ Starscream yelled out in anger.

“ But only he can bring Soundwave back over to our side and kill that human that got him to the autobots in the first place.” Sideways told StarScream who looked anger for a moment before he calmed down to think things over “ Fine You find a way to bring our lord back and if you can’t then don’t bring up tried to bring our lord back again understood “. Starscream said too him.

“ Yes “ Sideways said back “ Good now GOT OUT OF HERE“ Starscream yelled at him causing the mech to leave the room they were in.

Back with Allie who had gotten up off the floor after she had spent some time siting and crying on the floor, she went over to her dresser to take out some cloths so she could get dress. First she dried her nearly dried hair then got dress.

Once that was all done Allie sat on her bed with her dog lying next to her, as she sat there she thought of what she was going to do now since she didn’t want to see soundwave fearing she’d have to talk to him, the only place she was safe was her room since she know he was smart enough to know not to come into her room right now but she didn’t want to stay in her room for so long.

So she’d have to sneak out without Soundwave knowing she did and the only time she could do that was in the middle of the night when he was recharging and he though she was asleep.

With that plan in mind she pulled out a game to play too help pass away the time while munching on some junk food she kept in her room being glade that she did that.

Hours later she turned off her game and turned off the light and got into the bed with her cloths still on and pretended to go to sleep. It was well past midnight when she was sure soundwave was deep asleep recharging that she quietly got up and moved pasted her sleeping dog.

Moving quietly throughout the house she put on her sneakers before making her way to the back door, thinking that it would be a lot better going out of without having to sneak pass soundwave. Locking the back door she quickly made she way to the back gate and slowly opened it where she then went out while closing it behind her.

When she was well enough away from her home she breathed a sigh of relief, she then thought of where she could at this time of night since nothing was opened this late. In the end she decides to go to the nearby park.

A few minutes of walking she made it to the darken park she found a bench to sit down on just to relax and think about things.

Sometime later Allie heard the sound of a car coming from close by, she looked over to the nearby parking lot to see who was out this late besides her and if it was something to be worried about but she quickly relaxed a bit when she saw it was soundwave’s car form. She debate with herself if she should make a run for it but decide to just say where she was at as she saw he’s holo form making its way over to her.

He stopped in front of her with an emotionless face but she could tell he was mad at her. “ So how did you find me ? “ She quietly asked him to which he told her he tracked the phone he gave her “ Oh I forgot about that” Was all she said.

“ Why did you leave? “ He suddenly asked her as things seem to get quite between them.

“ I…” She stared to say but was interrupted by soundwave when he said “ Do you know how worried I was ?”

“ You were? ‘Allie asked surprise at him for saying that so openly to her.

“ Yes I was, because I do care for you “ He told her softly.

“ You care about me?” she Asked him.

“ Yes “ Was his answer to that.” Now tell me what is wrong with you ?”

“ What ?”

“ You know what, you been weird since what happen with Alice last week and I demand to know why “ He said to her causing her to get up and stand in found of him.

“ She said that you couldn’t love me , that you could never really feel anything for me and even if we have half bonded it’s not enough for me, I… want more but that’s never going to happen not with you atleast.” Allie finally told him what was bothering her with tears in her eyes as she looked at him.

He looked at her for a moment before pulling her into his arms cause he to gasp in shock while freezing up from the sudden act, she then started to get out of his hold on her but he just tighten his hold on her. Allie soon gave up on tiring to get away from him and just rested her on his shoulder and as the tears finally fell she buried her face in his neck.

As she cried Soundwave suddenly spoke up “ I’m sorry, I ‘am not good at showing any emotions at all but now I’ve been trying to do better, but I guess I’m still not good yet. So let me just tell you I do care for you… a lot”

Hearing that Allie pulled back abit too look him in the eyes with a confused looked on her face “ What?”

“ It seems I’m still not good at telling you how I feel….maybe this will show you “ And with that said soundwave did something that really surprised Allie as she was sure her heart had stopped beating.
